good value, good supplement,
I appreciate that the daily serving size is three pills, which lets you split your doses as you see fit. As with all of these “designer” multi’s, most DV’s are well above 100%, so I doubt you need three a day, especially if you’re eating well and taking other supplements. The pills are smaller than GNC MegaMen, and easier to break in half. Ingredients look similar. These are not time release, GNC’s are. But these seem to be a much better value. Can’t say I’ve noticed any increase in vitality or cognition. But my diet is poor, so these help.

|By far, best Multi-vitamin I’ve ever taken,
Working on 18 months now since switching over to Opti-men and can honestly say it has had a huge impact on my health. Since being diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis over twenty years ago, I have actively sought vitamins and supplements to help off set the auto-immune condition. Opti-men has provided it all, I’ve never felt better and rarely get sick. Highly recommend for all ages and activity level.

This is my second bottle and I’ve been feeling better more than ever. Anybody can benefit from this multivitamin, young or old. If you’re young and looking for stamina and endurance this multi will do the trick. If you’re older and looking for prostate supplement this multi will deliver it’s promise. Anything on multi’s you need is all here. I only used 2 tabs a day since I get same results taking 3. Would recommend it.
